NEW YORK CITY-DKNY's 150,000-square-foot headquarters in Manhattan has reached sales block. A partnership headed by Sitt Asset Management has tapped Jones Lang LaSalle to sell the 12-story building at 240 West 40th Street for $65 million.

The office space in the building is fully leased to DKNY and the ground-floor retail space is leased to Dunkin Donuts, Popeyes and Guy & Gallard. The JLL team is led by Glenn Tolchin, Richard Baxter and Scott Latham. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
