PARIS-Goodman Group has reached a contract with online e-commerce provider Amazon to develop a logistics center measuring 968,751 square feet in Lauwin-Planque located in Nord-Pas-de-Calais in France. The new development, which will comprise both storage and office space, is the 10th facility Goodman is developing for Amazon in Europe.

The new logistics center will be managed by Goodman. Previously, Goodman developed 106,000 square feet of industrial space in Orleans and Montelimar in France. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
