LOS ANGELES-GlobeSt.com has exclusively learned that Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Nicole Mihalka as a senior vice president in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mihalka will specialize in advising tenants, landlords and investors in the creative office and entertainment sectors in Hollywood and throughout Los Angeles County.

Mihalka is the third senior level broker specializing in creative office space to join Jones Lang LaSalle in the past three months after Carl Muhlstein and Hayley Blockley joined in August.

“Entertainment and media are one of the most active sectors in Los Angeles with more than 3,400 jobs added in the past 12 months,” notes Alan Aufhammer, managing director of JLL. “Nicole's market leading expertise will be a valuable asset to the continued growing demand for real estate services from users and landlords.”

Mihalka joins Jones Lang LaSalle with more than 10 years of experience in entertainment and creative office real estate providing tenant representation, landlord leasing and investment. Prior to joining, she was a senior broker at a major commercial real estate firm where she was responsible for working with numerous landlords, tenants and investors.

Throughout her career, she has participated and advised in more than $500 million of transactions working with several high profile clients including NBC Universal, CIM Group, Siren Studios and The Jim Henson Co.
