NEW YORK CITY-Avison Young has been tapped to take over the leasing assignment for 1501 Broadway, also known as the Paramount Building. The 700,000-square-foot office tower in Times Square earlier housed Hollywood's Paramount Pictures.

Levin Properties owns the 31-story tower together with other investors. Arthur Mirante, New York president of Avison Young, will lead the team of brokers to fine tenants for 1501 Broadway.
