NEW YORK CITY-Beech Street Capital has promoted Tyler Griffin to the role of vice president of originations. “I am really looking forward to making more multifamily investors aware of FHA programs,” she said in a statement from the company. In her new role, she will also focus on multifamily and commercial real estate debt financing nationwide, with an emphasis on the aforementioned FHA programs. At Beech Street, Griffin is known for her deep FHA product knowledge, and her organized and efficient approach.

Prior to her work with Beech Street, Griffin acted as vice president at the Metropolitan Funding Corporation. Here, she managed the firm’s top-tier corporate accounts including large regional and national banks. Other duties in this role included managing new business implementation, creating servicing platforms and negotiating with warehouse lenders.
