ST. LOUIS-Mills Properties Inc., owned by Bruce Mills and Kirk Mills, has acquired the Courtyards at Cityside apartments in downtown St. Louis for $13.8 million. The St. Louis-based company, which purchased the apartment complex from Bank of America, now owns over 11,000 apartments in its portfolio.
Kirk Mills, president of Mills Properties, headed the acquisition. Ken Aston and Andrea Kendrick from St. Louis-based Hendricks & Partners brokered the deal on behalf of the bank. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
