GLASGOW-PRUPIM and Mountgrange Real Estate Opportunity Fund (MoREOF) have acquired 1 West Regent Street near Queen Street station in Glasgow. The development site was sold by Duddingstone House (Renfield Street) Limited. Sir Robert McAlpine has been appointed to construct the 10-story building on the site.

The new scheme, expected to cost GBP 60 million, will provide roughly 143,000 square feet of office and retail space. Mountgrange will manage the development, which is scheduled to be finished in December 2014. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
