LEEDS, UK-Opus North, an Ilkley-based development and investment company, has sold a 60,000-square-foot industrial property in Goole for more than GBP 1 million. The Kerfoot Group of Northallerton was the buyer of the two warehouse units at the Opus 36 industrial park.

Opus North spent GBP 1.6 million to renovate Opus 36, the old Fletcher Transport site situated beside Junction 36. The industrial park contains six single-story warehouse units. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
