BATON ROUGE, LA-Stirling Properties, a real estate company based in Covington, Louisiana, has listed two student housing complexes in Baton Rouge on the market for sale. Fairview View Apartments, a 446-unit complex, and Place du Plantier, a 268-unit complex, are part of six student housing properties being sold by Chicago-based Heitman.
