WOODBURN, OR-Wilson Construction has acquired an industrial building and neighboring lot in Woodburn to accommodate its growth. The growing utility contractor paid approximately $3.2 million for the Woodburn property.

In separate deals, Wilson bought a 146,465-square-foot industrial facility that sits on 12 acres of land for $2.7 million and 3.43 acres of land adjacent to the facility for $485,585. The property, located at 2450 Progress Way., was sold by Supreme Indiana Operations Inc. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank handled both the deals. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
