SAN JOSE, CA-Bay 101 owners have bought the San Jose Airport Garden Hotel near Casino M8trix for more than $20 million. A subsidiary of Bumb & Associates purchased the 17-acre property, located at 1740 North First St., from GE Capital. Brian Bumb's family owns the San Jose Flea Market and Bay 101 in San Jose.
