CARDIFF, UK-The Conygar Investment Company PLC is submitting a planning application this week for its mixed-use development at Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire. The company owns 93 acres off Thomas Parry Way. It has applied for planning permission to Pembrokeshire County Council for the development.
The development plan calls for 835 residential units, a 60,000-square-foot Sainsbury's store with car park as well as filling station. The application also includes land for a public open space and school. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
