CHARLOTTE, NC-Crescent Resources will start construction next month on a $33.6-million, 320-unit apartment project in University Research Park in Charlotte. The multifamily project, dubbed Circle Alexander Village, will be built on a 27-acre parcel on Senator Royall Drive.

Amenities in the complex will include a business center, catering kitchen, clubroom, cyber cafe and a clubhouse along with a gaming area. The project is being financed by CNL Financial Group and Crescent Resources' equity investments. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
