LONDON-The Great Wigmore Partnership (GWP), a joint venture between Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and Great Portland Estates plc, has pre-leased 40,000 square feet of office space at 95 Wigmore Street in London to Lane Clark and Peacock LLP (LCP). The nine-story, 111,200-square-foot project is currently under way and is expected to be completed in June 2013.

LCP will take the first to third floors at the Wigmore Street building for 15 years. GWP will deliver the three floors to LCP in March 2013. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
