WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Jeff Greene, the former US Senate candidate, has acquired 150 condos in the City Palms project in downtown West Palm Beach. The billionaire headed the bulk group that purchased both commercial and residential space in the 10-story project on Hibiscus Street.
Greene purchased the condos for $195 per square foot, at a 38% discount. Prior to this deal, the original developer sold nearly 48% of the 288-unit City Palms project for about $39.2 million. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
