MIAMI-Related Group has recently bought a mixed-use development site at the junction of South Miami Avenue and Coral Way for $18.5 million. The 1.29-acre site has consent for a 556-unit residential tower as well as a 38,357-square-foot office space and a 15,049-square-foot retail space.
