FRANKFURT-Air Liquide Konzerns Global E&C Solutions and Lurgi GmbH have leased an office space measuring approximately 322,917 square feet at Olof-Palme-Strasse 35 in Frankfurt. The six-story property, located in the Mertonviertel region, was the former Pricewaterhouse Coopers head office.
The global energy firm from France will take the entire building to house its new German headquarters. Owner and asset manager Round Hill Capital is currently doing an extensive refurbishment, which is expected to be completed in Q1 2014. Savills was involved in the deal.
