DENVER-Wood Partners has started construction this week on Alta City House, a 281-unit apartment complex just west of Denver Union Station. The Denver-based developer and East West Partners are developing the $62-million multifamily project and have arranged capital for the five-story complex from USAA Real Estate Co.
Construction is expected to be finished in 18 to 24 months. Wood Partners is the general contractor. Paul T. Bergner Associates, Norris Design and Harris Kocher Smith are the architect, the landscape architect and the civil engineer, respectively. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
