LONDON-The City of London Corporation has decided to grant planning consent for a 240,000-square-foot office redevelopment which Mitsubishi Estate Company (MEC) is planning to carry out at River Plate House at 7-11 Finsbury Circus in London. The Wilkinson Eyre scheme will see the development of a nine-story office structure with retail space on the ground floor.
MEC will take control of the Finsbury Circus site in September 2013 and complete the office building in 2016. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
