NEW YORK CITY-Coatue Management has inked a lease deal to expand its footprint at 9 W. 57th St. The investment firm signed a deal to occupy roughly 31,000 square feet, or the entire 25th-floor space, at the 50-story office tower.

The company, which currently subleases nearly 10,000 square feet from Silver Lake Partners, inked a 10-year lease with landlord Sheldon Solow to take approximately 21,000 square feet at the tower.
