GRAFTON, WI-Continental Properties Co. Inc., based in Menomonee Falls, has sold the Goodwill store building situated in Grafton to The Cloverleaf Group Inc. for $2.28 million. The company renovated the former Sears building for Goodwill, which leased 21,400 square feet earlier this year.
Northbrook, Illinois-based Cloverleaf bought the building, located at 1715 Wisconsin Ave., as a long-term investment. Last year, the company purchased the Highland Ridge Shopping Center for $10.7 million. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
