BALTIMORE-Harris Teeter has inked a lease to become the anchor tenant of Clarksburg Village Center, a neighborhood retail center in Clarksburg. The grocery chain will build out a store measuring 53,000 square feet at the 109,000-square-foot shopping center under its flagship store model.

NVRetail and Elm Street Development are developing the Clarksburg shopping center at the junction of Snowden Farm Parkway and Newcut Road. Harris Teeter will start work on the new store in February and open it by next October. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
