MIAMI BEACH-Scott Robins and Philip Levine have confirmed an $18-million loan for an eight-property retail portfolio, including Sunset Harbour Shops situated in Miami Beach. The portfolio also includes retail properties totaling over 60,000 square feet along Bay Road and Purdy Avenue.
The 10-year fixed-rate loan was arranged by Aztec Group. It will enable the developer to develop the Sunset Harbour area into a shopping destination. Sunset Harbour Shops opened its doors recently with new tenants. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
