LOUISVILLE, KY-Sparrowhawk LLC has made an acquisition in the Louisville area. The Houston-based real estate firm has bought two warehouse buildings totaling 167,500 square feet in the Bluegrass Commerce Park in Jeffersontown. It paid over $7.4 million for the 100,000-square-foot facility at 2201 Ampere Drive and the 67,500-square-foot facility at 11920 Carrier Court.
The Ampere Drive building is leased to Reinhart Foodservice LLC and the Carrier Court building is occupied by Kaman Industrial Technologies Corp. Louisville-based Dixie Real Properties LLC was the seller. For the full story, go to Louisville Business First .
