WASHINGTON, DC-Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. has broken ground on its $100-million outlet project at National Harbor in the Washington, DC area. The Greensboro-based REIT is expecting to open the National Harbor outlet center stretching over 335,000 square feet on a 35-acre site by Q3 2013.
