MINNEAPOLIS-An insurance company owned by labor unions has provided a $20-million financing to help construct the 354-unit apartment tower coming up in Minneapolis' Loring Park neighborhood. According to Finance & Commerce, Ullico (Union Labor Life Insurance Co.) has extended its support to the Loring Park apartment project.
