HOUSTON-Chair King Backyard Store, based in Houston, will open a new location in the old Glick Fabrics site on Southwest Freeway in Houston. David Barish, president of Chair King, said that Barish/S.W. Freeway LLC bought the 20,115-square-foot building at 2327 Southwest Freeway for an undisclosed amount.

The seller was Levan Group 1 LP. In the deal, Chair King was represented by Katherine Wildman from Wulfe & Co. and Levan Group was represented by Beau Kaleel from Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
