LONDON-Hackett has signed a lease to open a new store at Old Spitalfields Market in London. The designer menswear brand has leased 2,268 square feet at 75-77 Brushfield Street. It will occupy the store for 10 years. The retail property is owned by Ballymore.

Melandra Curley of Savills said that the brand began as a market stall in Portobello Road Market. Savills represented Hackett and Prime Retail advised Ballymore in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
