FORT WORTH-CWS Capital Partners has acquired Firestone Apartments, a 350-unit apartment community near downtown Fort Worth. The multifamily property was sold by Behringer Harvard. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Built in 1999, the apartment complex features a wide range of resident amenities. CWS has plans to enhance the apartment interiors with upgraded cabinets, lighting, window covering, fixtures and new appliances. It owns nearly 19,000 apartment units in 64 multifamily communities throughout Texas, Denver, Georgia and North Carolina. For the full story, go to Fort Worth Business Press .
