BOSTON-Berklee College of Music will celebrate the topping off ceremony for its $70-million student dorm in Boston today. The Boston Redevelopment Authority sanctioned the 18-story tower, which is currently underway at 168 Massachusetts Ave., in 2011.
The 175,000-square-foot student housing facility, which is scheduled to be completed next summer, will comprise 370 beds, 4,500 square feet of retail, a two-story dining hall, a fitness center, a music technology center and student lounges. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
