CHARLOTTE, NC-Camden Property Trust has bought a 3.5-acre parcel at the junction of West Boulevard and Camden Road in Charlotte's South End with plans to construct an apartment complex there. The complex will include 324 apartment units and roughly 9,000 square feet of retail space.
The company recently bought a 3.6-acre tract along South Boulevard for a 266-unit apartment complex called Camden Southline.
