BALTIMORE-The former Baltimore Grain Trading Exchange building has been put up for sale. Baltimore International College has listed the Commerce Exchange Building, an 80,555-square-foot office building at 17 Commerce St., on the market for sale.
The five-story building was developed in 1906 and renovated in 1985. It is located near Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Cushman & Wakefield Maryland Capital Markets' Jonathon Chalkley, Nicholas Signor and Brian Kruger will manage the sale. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
