ESCONDIDO, CA-CoStar Group has reported that The Cove at Bear Valley, a 25,000-square-foot apartment community in Escondido, has changed hands for $4.9 million. Carmel, Indiana-based BVE Apartments LLC has sold the 24-unit apartment complex, located at 2530 Bear Valley Parkway, to San Diego-based Betty L. Miller LLC.
The multifamily property, constructed in 1987, sits on 1.6 acres of land. Marcus & Millichap negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
