NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, UK-Developer Highbridge Properties has completed construction of the new phase of its Data Center Campus at Cobalt Park, a business park near Newcastle. The new DC2 and DC3 buildings will together offer 110,450 square feet of white space. The three buildings, DC1, DC2 and DC3, will become the greenest property in the UK.
