ST. LOUIS-Dominium, a Minneapolis-based developer, has completed the renovation of Metropolitan Artist Lofts. Representatives from Dominium, the Grand Center neighborhood and U.S. Bank, the financing partner, attended the opening ceremony. The Metropolitan building, originally constructed in 1908, is situated at 500 North Grand Boulevard in Midtown St. Louis' Grand Center art district.

The Metropolitan building will provide 72 single- and double-bedroom apartment units. U.S. Bank provided financing for the $20-million renovation through St. Louis-based U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corp. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
