LONDON-Eyre Estate Investment Fund has paid GBP 9.3 million for a prime flagship retail property on High Street in Oxford. The fund purchased the 14,048-square-foot property at 6-7 High Street from Henderson UK Property Fund.

CBRE acquired the retail property in May 2010 for GBP 5.05 million on behalf of Henderson Property. The High Street property is entirely leased to British lifestyle brand Jack Wills.
