MIAMI-John Moriarty & Associates of Florida said that the foundation for the BrickellHouse condominium project in Miami has been poured. Rick Schuerger, project executive for John Moriarty & Associates of Florida, stated that four concrete pumps were functioning together to complete the concrete mat foundation.
Newgard Development is developing the 374-unit condominium at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive. The $170-million project will offer studios to penthouse units and include a rooftop pool deck, a fitness center and healthy spa and robotic parking garage system.
