ST. LOUIS-Mills Properties Inc., owned by Bruce Mills and Kirk Mills, has acquired a major stake in the Pavilion apartment community in west St. Louis County. The St. Louis-based company, which has managed the 840-unit property for five years, now holds an ownership interest in the complex.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The multifamily property is 94% occupied. It is located beside the West Pointe Apartments, which was acquired for $51 million on October 25 by Mills Properties. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
