ATLANTA-OliverMcMillan is getting ready for more sizeable construction at its $1-billion Buckhead Atlanta project. The city of Atlanta reported that the developer is seeking permits for over 1 million square feet of multifamily and commercial development. The total construction cost of the new development is nearly $151 million.
The project will comprise two 12-story residential towers, nearly 98,000 square feet of office space and 300,000 square feet of retail space. OliverMcMillan resumed the 1.5-million-square-foot mixed-use project in August. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
