MINNEAPOLIS-Opus Development Corp. has secured financing for The Nic on Fifth, a high-rise apartment tower in downtown Minneapolis. SunTrust Bank provided financing for the multifamily project, which will come up on Fifth Street and Nicollet Mall, near the Xcel Energy building.
Opus is partnering with Founders Properties LLC on the project. The 26-story apartment building will comprise 253 units and is designed to attain LEED certification.
