CHICAGO-The Hunt Club owner is planning to demolish the Gold Coast nightspot and construct a new restaurant and nightclub there. Jim Lasky is partnering with David Pisor to construct a 10,500-square-foot building at 1100 N. State St.
The proposed three-story building, called Maple & Ash, will have restaurant venues on the first two floors and a nightclub on the mezzanine and the third floor. Construction is slated to last for 10 months. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
