BRENTWOOD, TN-Senior Housing Properties Trust, a health care real estate investment trust based in Newton, Massachusetts, has paid $9.2 million to acquire TriStar Medical Plaza Brentwood at 6716 Nolensville Pike. The medical office building measuring 35,000 square feet is situated on a three-acre site at the corner of Nolensville Pike and Concord Road. John Brewer was the seller of the property constructed in 2010.
