BELLEVUE, WA-Greg Johnson, president of Seattle-based Wright Runstad, said that the company is planning to start construction on Bellevue's Spring District next summer. The Spring District, a 36-acre mixed-use project, is situated near the junction of State Route 520.

Wright Runstad will demolish a 350,000-square-foot warehouse to make way for 300 residential units. The first phase of the project will include six office buildings totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet, including a 31,000-square-foot retail space, and 560 residential units.
