RALEIGH, NC-Bell Partners Inc., a Greensboro-based apartment investment firm, has sold two senior housing communities in North Carolina for nearly $48 million. The firm sold the Alta Oakridge property on Sandy Oak Lane in Raleigh and the Alta Walk community on Fayetteville Street in Durham to Washington, DC-based Capital Senior Housing.
The Alta Oakridge property was constructed in 2009 and the Alta Walk property was constructed in 2008. CSH bought the Raleigh and Durham senior housing facilities for $24.25 million and $23.25 million, respectively. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
