SAN DIEGO-Blue Corner Capital has paid $3.65 million for a 20,758-square-foot multifamily property in San Diego. The company purchased the 32-unit apartment complex is located at 3162 Monroe Ave. in the Normal Heights neighborhood. AMB Capital and Double RP Investments were the sellers.
Blue Corner Capital, which earlier owned one-third of the complex, has now taken the remaining ownership stake. Ray Huffman built the complex in 1972. Rita Lancaster-Hannah with Colliers International represented both the buyer and the sellers. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan .
