ALPHARETTA, GA-ByteGrid, a data center operator based in Northern Virginia, has bought a 77,322-square-foot building in Alpharetta and plans to expand the facility. The company is planning to enlarge the 16-acre property by adding nearly 100,000 square feet of data center space there.
ByteGrid could spend between $25 million and $100 million for the data center expansion. The company has plans to market the new 100,000-square-foot facility to health care, financial and technology companies and government entities. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
