NEW YORK CITY-The ownership of Gotham Pizza has inked a 1,100-square-foot lease at 852 Eighth Avenue to open its fourth outpost. The lease runs for 15 years and the asking rent for the building space situated between West 51st and West 52nd streets was $273 per square foot. Square Foot Realty's Olga Ousmanova negotiated the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the owner, 852 Eighth.
