IRONDALE, AL-Grants Mill Station, a 226,837-square-foot retail property in Irondale, was sold last week for $2.2 million. The buying entity, a joint venture between Toronto-based Skyline International Development and businessman Mark Gold, bought the retail center from Brixmor Property Group Inc. of New York.
Since closing the deal, Gold has secured three new tenants. Michael Randman, a Southpace Properties Inc. broker represented by buyer and the Nashville office of CBRE represented the seller. For the full story, go to Birmingham Business Journal .
