PITTSBURGH-Highwoods Properties has made a $99.2-million investment in EQT Plaza, a 32-story Class A office tower in downtown Pittsburgh. The company has become the new owner of the 616,000-square-foot office building through its acquirement of Liberty Avenue Mezzanine LLC.
Raleigh, North Carolina-based Highwoods' investment in EQT Plaza includes $8 million in building improvements, which include modernization of the restrooms and elevators and work on common areas and air conditioning.
