MIAMI-Tibor Hollo has made up his mind to develop the Villa Magna site in Miami's Brickell neighborhood to accommodate a hotel and apartment units. The 2.5-acre waterfront property, located at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, will have a hotel comprising 180 to 200 suites and about 400 apartment units.
Hollo stated that it could take nearly 18 months to get the required approvals for the modified project. Corigin Real Estate Group of New York is a partner in the Villa Magna site. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
